关于上传大文件视频的问题

我做了一个网站，上传视频，大概三四G的mpeg文件。然后对其进行格式转换。转换能转，但是只能转一点点。
我认为是文件太大了。所以想求一个方法解决问题。好想用ftp上传会好一点。那个高手给我指条道。最好给与我源代码。谢谢啊！！！！

通常的视频网站都是上传到一台转换机上去，这些转换机可能有几百台，甚至就是些pc，然后每个pc限定进程，通常不超过3~5个然后开始进行转换，转完了，再通知发布服务器。你在asp.net时转的话，基本是不太可能了。因为页面的个响应超时的限制。

或者你可以选取flash上传 基于HTTP的 一次上传多个2G以下的文件就可以了。
