随着Internet技术的发展和互联网的日益普及，越来越多的用户开始使用互联网进行通信或从事商务活动。网上拍卖已经成为一种时尚购物的选择。本文针对网上拍卖行为设计并开发了一个基于B/S的网上拍卖系统。
本文首先介绍了我国网上拍卖的发展趋势，并提出了网上拍卖研究意义；然后对系统功能需求进行分析，同时对开发平台进行了介绍；接着提出相应的系统结构、系统功能、各个模块以及数据库的设计方案；最后详细介绍了拍卖的过程和拍卖的两个部分：一口价和竞拍的实现。

Along with the Internet technology development and the Internet dailypopularization, more and more many users start to use the Internet tocarry on the correspondence or to be engaged in the commercialactivity. The on-line auction already became one fashion shopping thechoice. This article designed and has developed in view of the on-lineauction behavior based on the B/S on-line auction system.
This article first introduced our country on-line auction developmenttendency, and proposed the on-line auction research significance; Thencarries on the analysis to the system function demand, simultaneouslyto developed the platform to carry on the introduction; Then proposesthe corresponding system structure, the system function, each moduleas well as the database design proposal; Finally in detail introducedthe auction process and the auction two parts: A price and competesthe realization which pats.
