关于网站根目录路径的问题，跪求大神解释

本来是这样提交表单/ueditor<form id="form" method="post" action="/ueditor/net/getContent.ashx">
可是无法提交，我把/ueditor/net/getContent.ashx这个根目录形式改成editor/net.getContent.ashx就可以了。<script type="text/javascript"src="/ueditor/editor_config.js"></script>也不能插入，必须把最开头的“/”去掉才可以，config里面的配置文件也得这么改！
我网站上所有的路径都的把“/”去掉才可以使用，这是为什么啊？我是用vs2012调试，ueditor在网站根目录下面。
