Forms方式验证，如果要用Session,是不是就有需要通过FormsAuthentication.SetAuthCookie产生验证票了？

使用SQL server 2000 memberShip数据库,采取Forms认证方式，cookieless="UseUri"，如果通过Session["userName"]=userName;还需要通过FormsAuthentication.SetAuthCookie产生验证票吗？如果不产生验证票，<deny users="?" />这个还起作用吗？
