动态生成HTML文件的问题急

运行程序的时候没有问题，但是调试的时候出现““未能映射路径“/data/news/0701/31/”。这样的错误提示也就是执行到这句”
using (StreamReader sr = new StreamReader(page.Server .MapPath(template), System.Text.Encoding.GetEncoding("GB2312"))) 出现以上错误提示，请问大家是什么原因啊？
