ASP.NET1.1升级到2.0以后能打开网页，但看不见内容，说是没有权限，请大家帮忙解释下！

我原来有一个能够运行的简单WEB SERVICE，在.NET1.1里我测试过。我现在用VS2005打开它，可它给我下面的错误，我找了好久也没找到结果，请大家帮我想想，谢谢！The website declined to show this webpage 
 HTTP 403

    将你的站点设置为匿名允许访问。btw你描述的不是很清晰 ，无法进一步诊断

    我间接地解决了这个问题，我在WEB SHARING这个WEB SERIVCE的时候，在选择ACCESS PERMISSION里面把DIRECTORY BROWSING打勾，这样我运行的时候，系统会先给我看到这个DIRECTORY，我在里面选择我的执行文件就能运行了。但这还是分了两步，各位知不知道有什么方法可以直接解决？我再把我的问题说清楚点吧，我有一个已经在ASP.NET1.1测试通过可以运行的WEB SERIVCE叫STOCKHOLDING，我现在装了VISUAL STUDIO 2005，就是ASP.NET2.0了，在VISUAL STUDIO 2005里面打开以后，选择STOCKHOLDING为Set as Startup Project，然后执行。如果是在ASP.NET1.1下面的话，应该就能直接看到我的WEB METHOD-ReturnStockHolding了，但现在我在IE里看到的是以下内容：The website declined to show this webpage
