一个超难的问题。事务方面的

所有使用了事务的程序都报这样的错，上次也遇到过，但是后来搞好了，原来两台计算机的工作组要相同。IP在同一网站。
这一次更改了IP，又出现了，但是IP地址还是在同一网段啊，郁闷。
一个是106，一个是109，只差几位，子网掩码为255.255.255.128.
发现不使用事务的程序都能正常提交。
下面是提示：Error HRESULT E_FAIL has been returned from a call to a COM component.
