是不是用2.0编写的脚本在.net framework 1.1上运行不了？

为什么以前在2.0上面能运行的程序等我重装系统　装上 vs2005 后却不能运行显示错误如下：

这是什么原因，是不是用2.0编写的脚本在.net framework 1.1上运行不了？
