asp.net生成word 程序部署出错：8000401a

程序部署到服务器上（NTFS格式）之后，提示错误如下：
Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CLSID {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} failed due to the following error: 80070005. 在网上查找相关的解决资料：http://hqt.cnblogs.com/archive/2006/05/22/406345.html参照上面的网址给出的方法操作，仍然出现错误提示如下：检索 COM 类工厂中 CLSID 为 {000209FF-0000-0000-C000-000000000046} 的组件时失败，原因是出现以下错误: 8000401a。请各位高手帮忙解答。
另：我的开发机器是Fat32格式，部署就没有出错。
