[求助]asp.net 连接oracle问题 菜鸟问题

为什么 我在用asp.net（c#） 连接oracle 数据库的时候  无法用 
using system.data.oracleclient 我用的是vs2005 和oracle 9i
   应该进行什么样的设置，各位指点一下。
