如果是NTFS格式的，你就点文件夹，属性，安全，点Everyone可以控制，然后在IIS权限里设置集成windows登录，去掉匿名登录

要是改权限的话,你可以到控制面板--管理工具--电脑管理
里去把　ASPNET　设成管理员

集成windows登录，去掉匿名登录
我的网站不就无法匿名访问了？
