高手看一看Visual Studio 2005 Web Application Projects 問題?

最近使用了VS2005,但用建立一個Web Application Projects 時按F5或ctr+F5J時出現以下問題,請問有哪位高手幫手解決下!
The debugger option "Enable the exception assistant" is turned on.This option may cause instability in Web Application Projects and it is recommended that it be disabled.Would you like to disable this option now?

Asp.net Development server failed to start listening on port 2560(ps:port number是随机的)
    Error Message:
        通常每个套接字地址（协议/网络地址/端口）只允许使用一次。然后，整个IDE都将崩溃掉，只能强行结束进程了。
