Yes the date picker and related component icons can be added manually. Occasionally the component icons do not get added automatically to the Visual Studio .NET ToolBox when the installer runs. As well, with the current version (v1.1.1959), the icons do not get installed into Visual Studio .NET 2005.The process for adding manually the component icons manually is outlined below. Details:1.Open Visual Studio .NET2.Open an .aspx page3.Open the ToolBox. Typically located on the left side in a fly-out panel.4.If the "Basic Frame" tab was created, click to slide open. If the "Basic Frame" tab was not created during the installation process, you can create now.
A. Right-CLick in the ToolBox
B. Select "Add Tab"
C. Enter "Basic Frame"5.Inside the "Basic Frame" tab, Right-Click and choose "Add/Remove Items..." ("Choose Item..." in Visual Studio .NET 2005).6.Under the ".NET Framework Components" Tab select the "Browse" button.7.Navigate to and select the following .dll file on your file system, choose open.
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Basic Frame\Basic Date Picker\v1.1.1959\BasicFrame.WebControls.BasicDatePicker.dll8.The items should be added to the list and pre-checked. You can confirm by sorting the list by "Namespace" and scrolling to "BasicFrame.WebControls"9.Click "OK". The icons should be added to your ToolBox. You can also drag and drop the icons between tabs to reorder if required.//Attention please. The default path is C:, if your system isn't the C: you need to copy the file which is in the C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client\basicframe_webcontrols_basicdatepicker\1_1_1959\BasicDatePicker.js
to the system path like D:\Inetpub\wwwroot\aspnet_client\basicframe_webcontrols_basicdatepicker\1_1_1959\BasicDatePicker.js
