有时会莫名其妙找不到DLL

我在程序里用了别人写的DLL，运行正常。就是，偶尔在启动网页的时候会提示找不到这个dllCS0006: Metadata file 'c:\winnt\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.4322\temporary asp.net files\ProjectName\8fe590d1\b8ae9407\assembly\dl2\d7096811\0036f5cd_14a3c501\scapies.dll' could not be found
