新手发布的问题

一个程序我在一个服务器上发布访问没有问题，但在另一个服务器发布的时候，一般的页面也没问题，但涉及到连接数据库的页面，就不能访问，我在那个服务器上用SQLSERVER查询连接数据库也可以连接，不知道怎么回事错误提示：
