我的系统是windows server 2003 standard edition
开发工具是VS 2003 ,发送邮件用的是通过STMP服务器来发送邮件，同样的代码在XP系统下可以发送成功，用win 2003 系统发送出现下面的错误：
The message could not be sent to the SMTP server. The transport error code was 0x800ccc15. The server response was not available 请大家帮忙解决一下问题，谢谢！
