装上Framework 1.1 中文版本的SDK试试在web.config中将Globalization中的utf8改为gb2312

两个办法：第一，到web.config中将Globalization中的utf8改为gb2312。（这个可能不行）
第二，你重装framework 1.1。还要装上中文语言包。装不装SDK跟这里没什么关系的。
我想这与代码没什么关系。
