关于做好的程序发布的问题，产生错误信息

我开发机是用Win2000Pro VS2003做好程序后将程序目录悉数拷贝到服务器上的目录开始浏览正常，但Web控件没出现，从网上下载了1.1运行库，安装。出现如下错误信息

你检查web.config 13行，看看那里是不是出了什么问题
