我的下载链接<A href="myfile/123.csv">下载范本</A>不起作用啊，为什么？

文件下载不下来，为什么？是不是哪里没有设置对呢？
web页面显示是：

myfile/123.csv这是个相对路径，表示你当前下载页面下的myfile目录中的123.csv文件。你看看你的目录是不是这么设置的。

hunter_32(曠野裡奔嘯的狼)：IIS的文件夹属性里面并没有哪个设置是可下载一说的，偶没有找到，怎么弄？
