楼主是不是引用了某个动态库，但是后来由于某种原因移动了dll的位置或者删除了dll。

路径不对
看看system32下有没
如果没有，复制到C:\WINDOWS\system32文件夹下

应该是哪里引用有问题
楼主引用什么第三方的dll了么？有可能是第三方需要的dll不存在导致的问题
可以用Dependency Walker找找原因
