无法创建ASP.NET程序，请问什么原因？内有错误提示，在线等！

我无法创建一个新的ASP.NET程序，错误提示：“尝试创建Web项目或打开位于URL"http://localhost/WebApplication1"的Web项目时，Web服务器报告了以下错误。"http/1.1 500 Server Error"”
请问高手这时什么原因，如何解决。本人是新手还望写详细点的解决方法。谢谢

看看IIS默认Web站点的IP地址你是否选“全部未分配”
如果选了，确定aspnet用户的权限。在计算机管理中的用户管理中能设置aspnet用户的权限。

IIS设置问题， 试试把localhost改成你的IP地址或127.0.0.1试试
