关于asp.net mvc 发布后无法打开网站

大家好：
    最近刚开始接触 asp.net mvc，我按照默认设置新创建一个mvc2 web application,在vs2010调试时，可以正常浏览默认的网页，就是那个“Welcome to ASP.NET MVC!”。但是我发布后，就不能正常打开网页，提示：
Compilation Error 
Description: An error occurred during the compilation of a resource required to service this request. Please review the following specific error details and modify your source code appropriately. Compiler Error Message: CS0016: Could not write to output file 'c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files\mvc2.0\69f4e66a\e1ff36df\App_global.asax.gtzbbup3.dll' -- '拒绝访问。 '    我也在baidu里搜索了一些相关的解决办法，但是都不行，我已经把应用池里的.NET Framework 版本设置为 v4.0,托管管道模式为“集成”，然后也添加了一些管理权限到c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\v4.0.30319\Temporary ASP.NET Files这个文件夹，但是还是不行。随后我又在vs2008sp1里用以前的mvc1.0创建了个同样的网站，发布后仍然是相同的错误信息。另外，我的操作系统是windows 7,IIS 版本为7.5。
    请各位有经验的朋友给与指点。
