IIS6 W3SVC 不能启动

Windows Server 2003 + IIS 6.0当系统启动时，跳出启动项目加载失败。在系统日志中报三个W3SVC错误，1063，1036，1005，和一个Service Control Manager错误日志如下

    看是否是别的服务把端口80抢了？譬如如果你安装了ORACLE的话，跟它而来的Apache服务器会抢占端口80，你需要手工关掉Apache或在Apache的设置里把端口改成其他的，譬如8080，如果不是的话，考虑重装

    重装IIS也很简单时间也很短啊，为什么不重装呢！！！

    重装IIS----------------（按网上搜索的几个步骤）已经试过，不可以端口-------------------经tcpview查看，未占用问题依旧

    你是否安装了第三方的ISAPI过滤器？或者别的IIS的调用的东西？
