问一个环境设置的问题？

我建立了一个虚拟目录6152，并且将所有的权限给了aspnet 和guest ,但是当我之行http://localhost/6152/a.aspx 就可以，如果执行http://localhost/6152/ch01/a.aspx 就报错，是否是某个环境变量的设置问题
