菜：怎么不能载入*.vb文件了？？帮我看看是怎么回事啊，急死了，

不知道为什么，我装了msdm以后就变成开不了，新建一个项目也是这样子，帮我看看是那里出了问题
显示出错：

是设置了中文区域，改会英文就好了，不爽
