第三次问：DataGrid中怎样添加title标签，并且能够支持HMTL代码？

我在一个dataGrid中，需要当鼠标放在某个标题文字或某列上时，鼠标后面可以自动出现该标题或列的相关信息，如作者、发表时间等；实际上就是HTML中的title，如：<a href="dispbbs.asp?boardID=15&ID=659" title="《毕业后》<br>作者：补丁果果<br>发表于2003-6-18 12:45:00<br>最后跟贴：你是刘帆吗?!...">毕业后</a>这是我第三次问，前两次有人回答，但我有如下疑问：1、brightheroes(闭关|那一剑的风情)说：
e.Item.Attributes.Add("title","你要提示的值，即可");
可我不知道这个e的EventArgs是什么，具体应该怎样写？2、 iiboy(信息男孩) 说：

但，结果却是，其中的HTML标签不可用（直接在HTML语言中可以），就是其中的<br>不能用，而我的title代码中有很多html标签，那么我怎样才能让这些html标签能用呢？
关于这个问题，有很多人都说用\n或\r，但我试验后发现不行！请大家帮帮忙吧！
