在ItemCommand中，取不到datagrid中模板列下的FooterTemplate的textbox的值。
如：c = CType(e.Item.Cells(2).FindControl("txtEail"), TextBox).Text
报错：未将对象引用设置到对象的实例。 怎么解决？

你确信通过e.Item.Cells(2).FindControl("txtEail")找到控件了吗？

在取TextBox的Text之前，确保你获取的TextBox不是nothing(C#中为null)，象这样(C#)：TextBox txtBox=e.Item.FindControl("txtEmail") as TextBox;
