大过节的问题

我安装了VS.NET2002(我买的2003读不出来，着急做东西，回头去换)，安装完了之后，asp.net无法编译，我的系统是winxp上海政府版，也装了iis了，不知道怎么回事？

你是不是先装了.net framework再装的iis?
应该是iis最先。

不会是sp2又有什么不支持吧.
