指定Web服务器运行的不是ASP.net1.1版无法运行ASP.NETWeb应用程序

我使用Windows2000 Professional，安装了VisualStudio.net2003，一直可以正常使用。今天中了冲击波病毒，我就安装了SP4，还打了补丁Windows2000-CHS.EXE。
  结果启动VS.net2003时提示：“已经检测到指定的Web服务器运行的不是ASP.net1.1版。你将无法运行ASP.NETWeb应用程序或者服务”。估计是IIS发生了变化。请问如何解决这个问题？重装IIS还是重装.net？什么样版本的？

检查一下iis的IP地址不要固定，选择全部未分配

1. kill the virus,sometimes virus may prevent your IIS from working smoothly
2. check the configuration of your Internet Explorer to see if you are using a proxy
3. check the cofiguration of your IIS, u should not use fix Ip address.Reset it to the origin form
