在文件夹选项菜单里，选择CSV后缀-高级按钮,选择了"下载后确认打开"

浏览器不认识“.scv”，是“.csv”吧？你是要用户下载存盘还是要用户选择打开文件？如果是后者，Response.AppendHeader("Content-Disposition", "inline ;Filename=" & httpUtility.
