html代码不能在asp显示出来

下面的是FCKeditor实现“适时打开编辑器”的html代码，但我想在asp文件中显示这种效果，在html文件中这种效果实现了，但我把文件后缀名改成asp时，这种效果就显示不出了~~~为什么？
