就是强制你申明函数和变量的时候要指定类型，比如函数是string或者void类型的，等等好运

项目上点击右键-->属性 --->生成 将Option Strict 改为Off
VB 是支持 晚期绑定 允许隐式数据类型转换！  如果改为ON 则不允许隐式数据类型转换！ 如果尝试隐式数据类型转换 编译器会抱错
