asp.net网站问题

我把做好的网站挂在服务器上,就出现没法删除和修改前台的一些新闻.
详细的报错如下:

在自己本机上运行就是对的.
自己的在本机建的IIS服务器,外网访问也是对的,但放在服务器上就不对了...
