发布webservice后，访问显示，未能加载文件或程序集Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls

做了个webservice，放到服务器上后，访问，出错，错误信息如下：(但放到别的服务器又完全正常，我这个程序也没有使用到Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls的东西，不知道为什么怎么为抛出这个错误？）未能加载文件或程序集“Microsoft.Web.UI.WebControls, Version=1.0.2.226, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=31bf3856ad364e35”或它的某一个依赖项。系统找不到指定的文件。
