svn提交错误

svn只能提交一次 下次再提交时 就提示错误
Error: Commit failed (details follow):  
Error: Unable to connect to a repository at URL  
Error:  'https://***.googlecode.com/svn/***/***'  
Error: Error running context: Internal error  
  还要clean up 然后再setting里面 clear一下才能再次 提交  每次都这样 怎么解决啊  而且在上传过程中经常突然断掉无法连接
