连接ftp服务器的问题？？？

在服务器上用serv_u配置了 用户名和密码！在IE里面通过 ftp://用户名：密码@XXX.com 可以连接上ftp服务器，但是通过
cuteftp客户端怎么也连接不上的？报的错误

绝对不 超时，我重新设置过了!!!!
