本人遇到最难的问题100分求解！

我现在在网站首页做了个新闻列表，每当点击新闻标题：http://localhost:3014/dogiiWeb/NewsAbout.aspx?newsId=001
  都会跳到一个专门的新闻显示页面。
     现在遇到这样一个需求，就是把新闻这里搞成静态的html页面。
   我在网上查了下，但是没看的太懂。
     小弟现在请高手教我怎么实现这个？
  PS：当我点击首页新闻列表标题的时候。就跳转到对应新闻的html页面.。呵呵。小弟求教了！希望高手指点一二，本人深表谢意！希望能看到详细代码跟思路。！谢了！

添加新闻时生成静态新闻内容页（html）格式，或者地址重写都可以的。

请不要直接拷贝使用，里面的路径需要更改，但程序绝对没问题，在我本地已经测试通过。另外在使用时，比如我要把新闻的内容分成4页，就应该这样写：111|222|333|444。
如果是已经有了现成的Html页的话就太容易了，直接连接过去不就得了。
如果是需要动态生成html页的话就比较复杂了，推荐查看相关资料。
这种情况为什么要生成静态页面呢？
aspx直接显示有何不可
静态页面路径问题：
1、将路径保存在数据库中，与新闻ID做关联
2、根据某种规则生成路径，如：新闻根路径 +  Hash(新闻标题+发布日期).html页面跳转：
1、直接在前端页面链接中设置实际的路径
2、服务器端处理页面根据请求的新闻Id，取到关联的路径，使用Response.Redirect方法转到关联的路径（根据实际情况，可能要对路径做处理）
简单的，做url重写，参考：http://www.urlrewriter.cn/
复杂的，做静态化的程序，楼上已经有具体的程序了。

这个东西是不难的。
先听我的思路：
第一步：在你的新闻表里，添加一个字段，字段的内容是时间，格式为："年月日时分秒.html"，这个字段的内容怎么来呢？当你要添加一条新闻时，就生成当时的时间+html；
第二步：首页新闻列表里每一条新闻的连接地址，改为"你指定的目录/年月日时分秒.html";
第三步：比较有点技术难度的，要循环访问每一条新闻，并把每一条新闻生成静态的网页，网页名就是"年月日时分秒.html",存放在"你指定的目录".其中，怎么生成静态的html？你参考这个http://topic.csdn.net/u/20090721/11/eb7be639-be06-4422-a398-cce682d51db7.html ,那是我写的代码。
第四步：祝你好运！
2种方法：1、后台生成纯静态(htm/html)文件
2、用UrlReWriter伪静态方式（通过url重写），为了减少服务器压力，你可以加上缓存。
