我在vs.net中新见一个项目文件, enter the right url, for example:http://localhost/TTWebCSSDK

不一定要用VS打开，你把项目文件拷贝到wwwroot根目录下，然后把其中的.dll拷贝到bin目录下，然后在IE里面输入http://localhost/xxx.aspx

可以下载带（CSVS）的安装程序，下载后安装，通过“开始”->"程序"->Microsoft Starter Kit->Times Starter Kit.sln就可以看到了
