    嗯，没有修改过用户权限吧？考虑手动添加那个文件夹的权限吧，设置everyone为完全控制看看。不行的话，先iisreset一次，尝试一下。

    你的虚拟目录啊。你创建的是web application:the web create successfully……去wwwroot目录下找那个文件夹（目录名为你的工程名）。

    这个问题我也碰到过，jianglinchun(萧丰) 说的对，把你的工程的文件夹的权限设为everyone
