网站添加数据时出现问题

这个是在服务器上的 错误，以前是好的  为什么好好的出现这种情况的，有人说把mode设为on 但我本地的可以运行，服务器我暂时进不去，也不好调试，所以问下各位有遇过这样的问题不，是怎么回事的，谢谢，最后具体点了
