怎样在同一个解决方案，不同应用程序中使用一个应用程序里的用户控件

把用户控件的copy过去，包括ascx,resx和cs文件

copy就没意思了，我就是不想copy,想直接用，难道没有办法吗？

看来我的问题只能算我自己没搞清用户控件与自定义控件的区别了，刚才上msdn上看了一篇文章Recommendations for Web User Controls vs. Web Custom Controls：里面清清楚楚写了一句话：
The only way to share the user control between applications is to put a separate copy in each application, which takes more maintenance if you make changes to the control.
我也终于知道我不想拷贝是不可能了，
