现在网上下载的asp.net程序有两种，一种纯aspx页面的(包含代码)+单独的vb类文件+web.config，还有一种aspx和aspx.vb(aspx.cs)+项目文件等 的.
前一种一般都没有项目文件，所以你得建一个工程，将旧代码包含进去。注意vs.net提醒你是否创建.vb(.cs)文件时，选否
后一种一般就有项目文件，直接打开项目文件即可,然后添加自己的东西。
