The "$" is important, this makes it a hidden share. 2. Make sure the local Administrator has full permissions to the share 3. Make sure you are logged on as an administrator and re-run setup.If this does not help I will need to see your vsmsilog*.txt Please locate this file, zip it up, and attach to this posting.
