创建不了Web应用程序?

it should the order of installalltion application,
you can followi the install order:iis,
.net frameworkimpossibly,you install the iis first,so the relative components on 
iis is not integrated.

    aspnet_regiis.exe -i
    aspnet_regiis.exe -r

    先装
    iis
    后装.net framework
    否则需注册

    标准过程是先装IIS，但如果是后装的也不要紧，去.net第一张盘找找，其中有提到如何后装IIS还能升级的补丁程序

    你可以试一下IIS能否运行任一个aspx文件,如果不能的话,应该是IIS出了问题,如果可以,那么IIS是没有问题的,可以找其它原因.
