在europe.webmatrixhost.net中申请了空间，但不能用ftp登录,为什么？

If it still don't working, and you are sure that you entered correct username and password - the only thing preventing you from accessing our FTP is your firewall, blocking valid ftp traffic (on ftp-data port 21). Talk to your system administrator. Back to top

    我的有时候也会连不上，我用的是LeapFTP来连接的，不过最近好像都很正常。
    试试在DOS模式下面连接

    我的也很正常，直接用命令行连接： ftp eu.webmatrixhosting.netbtw:不要用IE连

    我是运行步骤:
    运行cmd
    ftp
    open ip地址 端口
    用户名
    密码
    它就返回530的错误。请问，我用ftp命令连接有问题吗？那要怎么连接啊？

    你的连接方式是正确的。按照思归的说法，你接着该看用户名和密码是不是正确。
    然后是你计算机是否处于firewall内，firewall的21端口是不是打开

    我可以从网页上登录，但不能用ftp登录，为什么？
    我想选删除现在申请的空间，重新申请，
    web server可以删除，但我不知道怎么删除profile,
    也就是说http://pyz8000.europe.webmatrixhosting.net/中的pyz8000不知道怎么删除或改名，呼，，，每天都看着“Hello, world!”真是很烦，但就是不知道用什么方法改内容。
    不用ftp有没其它方法上传网页啊？
