装了vs.net 2003后新建asp.net工程失败！请问怎么办？？

2。新建工程时，不要开 金山毒爸 之类的杀毒软件
3。如果还是不行，重装。

这可能M$的IIS6的一个BUG或者是说是一个新的安全策略我最开始在.net server上面跑vs.net的时候，也出现这个问题新加一个MIME就OK了，，如：dragontt(龙人)所指的Start the Internet Information Services MMC.
Right-click your Web site, and then click Properties.
Click the HTTP Headers tab, and then click MIME Types.
Click New to add a new MIME type.
In the Extensions text box, type .tmp.
In the MIME type text box, type text/plain.
