VS08 编译程序时系统找不到文件

先是在错误列表中提示Warning 1 C:\Documents and Settings\itsdeploy6\My Documents\Visual Studio 2008\WebSites\WebSite1\Default.aspx: ASP.NET runtime error: Could not load file or assembly 'System.EnterpriseServices, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b03f5f7f11d50a3a' or one of its dependencies. 系统找不到指定的路径。 C:\Documents and Settings\itsdeploy6\My Documents\Visual Studio 2008\WebSites\WebSite1\Default.aspx 1 1 C:\...\WebSite1\

然后运行时显示Server Error in '/WebSite1' Application.

系统新装的、vs08也是新装的但是立马就出现这样的错误了、WinForm程序没有类似的错误、单独建立html页面也没有错误、只有在生成aspx或者webservice时才显示这个错误分不多、求解决！！
