However, all I had to do was -- 
in IIS, I changed the IP Address of the Default Web Site 
from a static IP to "All Unassigned." I resatrted the 
Default Web Site (I had to restart the web site ortherwise 
it would not take in the change), and it worked.

先看看在IIS里是否正确设置了虚拟目录，再看看项目的.sln文件里的IP地址是否正确。最后再重新生成一下解决方案。

谢谢两位，我通过重装IIS，并新建虚拟目录，问题就解决了。问题可能是：虚拟目录出现了一些问题。
