上传文件的问题

是否能取得该文件的长度和传输所用的时间，然后在这个过程中，用时间/总时间进行显示！或者用当前已经传输的部门/总文件大小来显示！

精确的进度条很难实现，长度容易知道，但是使用时间是个不定的因素，上传后才知道，而且经常不同。
只能做个示意性的进度条。我试过局域网还可以，广域网几乎没有任何意义。
